Our speaker was Art Ritchie from Burkins, Ritchie & Associates, and he spoke on Promoting Mental Health in the Workplace. We got an increased understanding of A Definition of Mental Health & the Prevalence of Common Mental Health Conditions, Creating a Supportive Workplace Culture, Identifying Elevated Risk Factors for Self-Harm/Suicide, Having “The Conversation” to Prevent MH-Related Tragedies, & Connecting Individuals with Resources and Encouraging Self-Care.
