Our speaker was Brian Zachetti, Industrial Safety Consultant Specialist with the Ohio BWC, who talked all about Lock Out/Tag Out! Did you know that lockout applies to all companies? You would be surprised to learn how many employees don’t follow the rules and aren’t included in the company program when they should be. It was an exciting and informative presentation on the control of hazardous energy (lockout) and why this continues to be on the OSHA’s top 10 citation list.
